AcademicsCore CurriculumICC Elementary School offers class instruction for Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade levels. Each level of instruction is according to Illinois Leaning Standards and the curriculum that is required for each level. The standards are measured and interpreted for class study in each of the core subjects of English, Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Additional subjects inlcude Computer Science, Physical Education and Art, which are also presented based on standard curriculum guidelines according to levelIslamic and Arabic PerspectiveICC Elementary School incorporates Islamic foundations, teachings and studies as part of its core curriculum which includes: Quran memorization and recitation, Aklaaq, Aqaid, Arabic, Dua, Fiqh, Hadeeth, Tajweed, Tareekh and Salah for all levels, with specified time each day for Salah to be performed. |
